Job Overview

Grace Pacific LLC is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, and maintain sales call plans for existing, potential, and 'cold' customers.
  • Coordinate marketing plans and product specials for accounts.
  • Provide price quotes and sales support.
  • Inform customers of supply and price trends.
  • Coordinate sales orders and deliveries.
  • Prepare records and reports of sales and supporting activities.
  • Maintain and build positive customer relationships.
  • Fulfill customer orders by retrieving materials from the warehouse area and loading customer vehicles.
  • Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections of facilities and job sites.
  • Submit Requests For Information (RFI) when necessary and provide estimating support for change order requirements.
  • Solicit subcontractor and material supplier quotes and review them for selection.
  • Review subcontract agreements for alignment with quoted proposals.
  • Assist with annual inventory counts and periodic audits.
  • Support the AR Specialist with documentation and data gathering for collections and/or assist with collections on select jobs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Retain historical data on productivity/cost, activity processes, and project issues for reference and guideline preparation.

Requirements:

You will need a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Email, along with aptitude to learn in-house systems and sufficient keyboarding skills to complete daily tasks in a timely manner.

A valid driver's license and favorable traffic abstract are preferred.

$65,000 - $80,000 per year.
