The main objective is to ensure the safety and well-being of visitors, tenants, and staff within the property. Responsible for preserving and enhancing the value of the commercial space while upholding the company's commitment to delivering exceptional service. Manages daily operations, personnel, and financial aspects of the property. Regularly assesses the premises and operations, engaging with various stakeholders including community representatives, merchants, contractors, and service providers to guarantee effective property management and foster positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure property safety and work in conjunction with local authorities for emergency preparedness.
  • Perform daily evaluations of buildings and facilities, addressing any concerns immediately.
  • Oversee service providers such as cleaning, security, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants, support marketing initiatives, and participate in community events.
  • Manage contracts, budgets, and compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate with the leasing team to optimize tenant occupancy rates.
  • Collaborate with the construction team on property improvement projects.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.

A minimum of two years of experience in property management or the retail space.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficient in computer applications and operational processes.

Capability to perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing, lifting, and operating equipment.
