About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Cavalier Spirits, LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow with our company and contribute to our success.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining effective customer relationships in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include preparing quote documentation, ensuring product rotation and code compliance, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
  • Prepare accurate quote documentation and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Rotate products and enforce code policies to maximize sales and minimize waste.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand product lines in assigned accounts.
  • Conduct beer tastings and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A basic understanding of Cavalier Distributing products and the craft beer industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to customer sites.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
