Sales Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customers and provide personalized service to meet their home furnishing needs.
  • Generate sales through a consultative approach, leveraging your product knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a customer base through follow-up and networking efforts, ensuring satisfaction before and after the sale.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or commission-based sales experience is required.
  • Energetic and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to network and build relationships with customers.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills.
