Program Manager, GreenLight Fund Miami

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager to join our team at GreenLight Fund Miami. The successful candidate will have a passion for equity and a proven track record of serving children and families in Miami.
The Program Manager will report to the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Miami and work collaboratively with a local team as well as a national network of sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to identify community-based social issues and priorities facing historically underserved children, youth, and families.
- Perform local landscape analysis, including qualitative and quantitative market research, data evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective portfolio organizations, including financial evaluation and impact assessments.
- Record, synthesize, and produce reports and briefs based on analysis and key findings.
- Write grant proposals, requests, reports, and end-of-year asks/payment reminders.
- Establish and manage local office operations, including tracking site expenses.
- Collaborate with national sites to identify internal best practices to replicate and implement locally.
- Support portfolio management and stakeholder engagement.
- Meet with stakeholders to communicate research findings, program challenges, and program direction.
- Partner with the Executive Director to execute the annual donor stewardship/investor relations plan.
- Partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain community-based relationships and execute the community engagement strategy.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to create and execute an annual communications plan.
- Lead planning and execution of annual events showcasing our newest portfolio organization and impact.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of related experience.
- Direct service and/or programmatic experience in Miami's nonprofit sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to distill key findings across multiple data sets and reports.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
