Requirements for the Role

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience. You should also have experience in programming with at least one software programming language, as well as leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.

You should be able to effectively make priority tradeoffs between new feature development and operational work, resolving disagreements through constructive dialogue. Additionally, you should be able to stay up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge in the field and always be on the lookout for new technologies and opportunities.

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $151,300/year to $261,500/year, depending on the location, as well as a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and a generous parental leave policy.
