Job Summary

The Senior Program Manager will oversee the daily operation of JDT & SLA Program for individuals with disabilities, ensuring high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Maintain regular communication with DRC representatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and develop Direct Service Professionals, providing training and support to ensure excellent care and services.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new strategies and programs to attract individuals with disabilities and enhance community inclusion.
  • Prepare and evaluate employee job performance, make recommendations regarding personnel action, and coordinate staff leave time.
  • Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, individuals with disabilities, families, case managers, and other agencies.
  • Manage health and safety protocols, providing assistance in medical emergencies and scheduling medical appointments as needed.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal and state regulations, including Medicaid Waiver requirements.
  • Conduct on-site reviews and oversight of facilities, ensuring maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage finances in compliance with the facility budget, including overtime, residential and household accounts, and grocery shopping.
  • Attend meetings and in-service training as scheduled and conduct in-service training to direct care staffing as needed.
  • Share on-call responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
  • Two years of verifiable experience directly related to the care of individuals with disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
  • Cleared and approved criminal record check.
  • Legal status in the U.S.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
