Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom areas.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.
- Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
