Job Summary

We're looking for a Guest Advocate who can provide exceptional guest service, promote products and services, and work efficiently to minimize guest wait time. If you're a people person who enjoys interacting with guests and making their day better, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues
  • Promote products and services, including the Target RedCard and Wallet
  • Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time, including scanning and bagging guest items
  • Make the guest aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
  • Support guest services, including Order Pick Up and Drive Up
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of products and services, including the Target App and Wallet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
