Job Title: Information Security Systems Engineer

Location: Remote with potential for onsite collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead technical support specialist for various SaaS platforms, including SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, Archer Risk Management, and Business Continuity Modules.
  • Collaborate with Information Security and Judiciary Information Systems teams to manage daily support operations, configuration, and overall system functionality.
  • Implement and deploy services, enhancing functionality and automation to optimize business processes and workflows.
  • Oversee system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop comprehensive process documentation.
  • Provide project management support, audit assistance, and reporting as necessary.
  • Coordinate and guide activities with the Information Security Team, other JIS teams, and external vendors.
  • Establish new processes and workflows to strengthen security operations.
  • Conduct problem analysis and resolution through diagnostics of various issues.
  • Prepare regular status updates and technical documentation as required.
  • Deliver training sessions to Information Security personnel on all supported platforms.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Associate degree in a technology-related field.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant IT experience, including at least five (5) years focused on information security and SaaS management.
  • Two (2) years of hands-on experience in the design, implementation, customization, and support of SaaS platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Experience with enterprise-level information security platforms.
  • Proficiency in SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, and Archer.
  • Specific Skills:
  • SailPoint: Develop application-specific user attestations, role-based access, and custom user training.
  • CyberArk: Manage Privileged Cloud, Remote Access, and User Account Management.
  • Microsoft Purview: Implement Data Loss Protection, Information Protection, Data Categorization, and Insider Risk Management.
  • Archer: Conduct Risk Assessments, Risk Mapping, Risk Acceptance, and Security Incident Reporting.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
  • Capability to present technical information effectively for training and knowledge transfer.
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships with peers, end users, and management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in managing support tickets for system issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in configuring, deploying, and operating multiple SaaS platforms, including SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, and Archer.
  • Possession of industry-recognized networking certifications at a professional level.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.
  • On-call support may be required outside of regular business hours.
