About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and technical Business Unit Coordinator to support the Head of the Platforms & Tools business unit directly. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of administrative expertise and technical acumen, enabling them to effectively manage a variety of tasks, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Task Management: Keep track of important and urgent tasks, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.

Data Management: Create, update, and maintain data in various tools and platforms, such as Workday, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with various leaders and departments to facilitate smooth operations and communication.

Project Assistance: Support in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for the Head of the business unit and liaise with IT, as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related area

• 5-8 years of relevant work experience with web-based applications

• Highly organized in managing multiple tasks at any given time

• Good PowerPoint skills to convert meaningful data into executive PowerPoint presentations

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good data analysis skills using Excel and other BI tools

• Experience using workflow management tools like ServiceNow, Solutions Business Manager, VersionOne, etc.

• Demonstrable experience in facilitating, leading, influencing, and managing within large-scale matrix, globally distributed organizations

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience
