Laboratory Research Specialist – Assay Development

Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Flow Cytometry
- Experience with ELISA
- Skilled in Cell Culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory protocols and assays for the molecular, cellular, and metabolic analysis in oncology research, utilizing both murine models and human biological samples.
- Assist in the innovation and validation of novel technologies and biological assays.
- Maintain thorough documentation of experimental work and oversee laboratory supplies and equipment.
- Engage in scientific discussions and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree accompanied by a minimum of one year of laboratory experience.
- Background in biopharmaceutical or commercial research is preferred, with expertise in techniques such as mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, PCR, NGS, CRISPR, among others.
- Capability to design and implement experiments, analyze results, and comprehend immunology-based therapeutic development.
- Experience in immuno-oncology and adherence to GLP standards is advantageous.
- Exemplary organizational, communication, and analytical thinking abilities.
