About the Job:

The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving business growth and expanding services at Anabranch Recovery Center. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with professional referral sources, representing the facility at civic and professional functions, and collaborating with the admissions department to ensure efficient admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development programs in consultation with the Director of Business Development.
  • Maintain a schedule of primary sources, including business, industry, EAPs, managed care of clients, physicians/licensed practitioners, and allied health professionals.
  • Document every contact in the appropriate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Develop and maintain new account relationships and markets, targeting and creating new strategies for increasing business in highly competitive markets.
  • Represent the facility at civic and professional functions, communicating the mission and values of Anabranch Recovery Center.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare business development/marketing environment is essential.
  • Good understanding of the local market and referral base.
  • Organized and demonstrate the ability to multitask and have well-developed and effective relational skills.
