Job Title: Lead Teacher

Job Summary:

Cadence Education is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our infant students. You will work closely with our teaching team to develop and implement a curriculum that meets the unique needs of each child.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with state and national standards
  • Plan and lead engaging and interactive lessons for infant students
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education
  • Monitor and assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Meet all state preschool lead teacher requirements
  • Previous experience as an infant teacher
  • High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related
