Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Living Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving internal and external sales as well as managing occupancy for Assisted Living and, when necessary, Memory Support services.

Essential Duties:
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, standards, and guidelines associated with employment at Westminster Services.
  • Oversee the sales process for the community's Assisted Living services, providing prospective residents with essential information through personal visits, assessments, and follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by engaging with potential residents and collaborating with external partners and referral sources.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure prospective residents and their families receive all necessary information for optimal satisfaction.
  • Manage your schedule effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Initiate problem resolution independently and effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Director of Sales, Executive Director, and Nursing Care management regarding bed availability.
  • Ensure timely communication with all referrals to convert them into potential residents.
  • Complete follow-ups on tours, leads, and inquiries promptly.
  • Facilitate the completion of admission packets by incoming residents or their representatives.
  • Engage in external marketing efforts to connect with referral sources, including hospitals and physicians.
  • Maintain accurate records in customer relationship management software daily.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the strategic marketing and sales plan.

Reporting and Performance Standards:
  • Provide weekly updates on lead status and available inventory.
  • Achieve a minimum of 3 sales per month.
  • Make at least 8 connected calls to prospective residents daily.
  • Conduct a minimum of 2 connected calls to referral sources daily.
  • Schedule at least 5 appointments with prospective residents weekly.
  • Arrange a minimum of 3 appointments with referral sources weekly.
  • Implement quarterly lead-generating events for families and professionals.
