Responsibilities

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for:

  • Direct Marketing: Engage face-to-face with customers provided by our client to promote products and services.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, while learning the sales cycle and closing deals.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly conference calls with other Marketing Associates to share ideas and best practices.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily office production and personal goals/revenue, while contributing to the team's overall success.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or marketing.
  • Interpersonal and Time Management Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Leadership and Coaching Experience: Experience in coaching or training, with a strong understanding of leadership principles.
