Responsabilidades
- Proporcionar apoyo legal a los clientes
- Colaborar y asistir a otros abogados para alcanzar los objetivos del cliente
- Mantener relaciones con los clientes
- Preparar informes y documentos legales
- Cumplir con los plazos legales
- Interactuar con testigos expertos, incluyendo conferencias y redacción de declaraciones juradas de expertos
- Interactuar con testigos de hechos para obtener información crítica
- Asistir y prepararse para deposiciones, mediaciones, audiencias y otras comparecencias judiciales
- Trabajar de manera cercana y respetuosa con el personal del bufete
Calificaciones
- Título de abogado de una facultad de derecho completamente acreditada
- Miembro activo y en buen estado con la Asociación de Abogados del Estado de Florida
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en un bufete de abogados, aunque no es obligatoria
- Bilingüe – fluido en español, tanto hablado como escrito, aunque se considerarán otros idiomas que satisfagan las necesidades de nuestros clientes
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales
- Interés sólido en derecho contractual, litigios y ayudar a las personas
- Autodidacta impulsado por metas profesionales a largo plazo
- Habilidades informáticas, de redacción y de defensa oral competentes
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota y en la oficina de Orlando de martes a jueves, y lunes y viernes de manera opcional en remoto
