Your responsibilities:

We are in search of an experienced, innovative, and passionate culinary professional to oversee kitchen operations. You will manage the back-of-house activities, ensuring that the highest quality of cuisine is delivered to our clients while meeting food and labor cost objectives.

Key tasks include:

  • Assisting in weekly menu planning and food preparation, while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Executive Chef.
  • Helping with inventory management of all food service items and supplies as needed.
  • Ensuring orderly storage and cleanliness of all kitchen, dining, and food storage areas.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of safe food handling and preparation to enhance the quality of life for our patients.

Qualifications:

  • Job Type: Flexible schedule, full-time, 3.5 days a week.
  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-2 years of experience in casual dining preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Current ServeSafe Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
