Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct emergency and unscheduled repairs, as well as routine maintenance on equipment.
- Provide technical assistance to clients, focusing on troubleshooting and effective problem resolution.
- Utilize mechanical skills for the repair and troubleshooting of machines, covering electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Train operators and maintenance staff at customer sites.
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and health standards.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems in industrial machinery.
- Experience with horizontal packaging is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including motors, AC & servo drives, and PLCs.
- Proficient in mechanical systems, including power transmission, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Proven troubleshooting skills in electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and strong listening abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Independent work ethic with excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including weekends and short notice, with potential for extended trips.
