Technical Product Manager

Kansas City, KS / Reston, VA / Atlanta, GA / Frisco, TX

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate the product vision, product strategy, and roadmap for the domain management, digital and web platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, objectives, and priorities.

Research and analyze market trends, customer feedback, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify and validate product opportunities and requirements.

Define and prioritize product features and specifications, and collaborate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality and user-centric solutions.

Manage the product backlog and release planning, and coordinate product launch and post-launch activities, including testing, documentation, training, and support.

Establish and track product performance metrics and KPIs, and leverage data and insights to optimize product functionality and usability.

Formulate data-driven reporting and operations for leadership and team members to derive data-driven decision-making actions.

Lead and mentor the engineering, testing, and other product teams, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

At least 10 years of product management, product engineering experience in the digital and web domain, mandatory in a B2B or B2C environment.

Proven track record of delivering successful and impactful digital and web products, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate the product vision and value proposition to various audiences.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and complexity.

Customer-centric and user-oriented mindset, with a passion for creating delightful and engaging user experiences.

Agile and lean product development methodologies, and best practices.
