POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our Retail Sales Consultants earn a competitive hourly wage of $18.00, with the potential for significant commissions and incentives, targeting an hourly earning of $22.50 or approximately $46,800 annually. Exceptional performers in this position can earn upwards of $58,000. Additionally, you may be eligible for complimentary internet, television, and phone services (subject to certain conditions).
This is a full-time, entry to mid-level retail sales position, concentrating on wireless, television, and internet offerings within the communications and entertainment technology sector. There are ample opportunities for advancement and attractive commission structures available.
Our Retail Sales Consultants are organized, tech-savvy communicators with a competitive edge, eager to learn and develop. They are results-oriented achievers who thrive in a dynamic retail sales atmosphere. Previous experience in wireless sales is preferred.

EXPECTATIONS:

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, including wireless sales.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Engage and educate customers through product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all television, internet, and wireless products, pricing plans, promotions, and service features for Spectrum and our competitors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Capability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Compliance with uniform requirements.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Sales Experience: 1 - 5 years.
  • Familiarity with the latest technology and devices.
  • Experience in commissioned sales.
  • Background in retail or wireless sales.
  • Valid driver's license.
