Role Summary

The Program Manager plays a crucial role within the leadership team at Brighter, Stronger Foundation, overseeing the daily functions of Onsite Autism and Related Services. This position involves the development of high-quality therapeutic programs, management of clinical and administrative responsibilities, staff supervision, and ensuring adherence to both organizational and regulatory standards. Additionally, the Program Manager is instrumental in client service delivery, collaboration with stakeholders, and staff development, all while upholding the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with Autism.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience overseeing direct care staff.
  • Clean driving record with no more than 2 points.
  • Satisfactory CJIS report.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion to ensure confidentiality.
  • Proven skills in applying diverse interventions with individuals and families in crisis situations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA confidentiality and privacy regulations.
