Outpatient Behavioral Health Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director of Behavioral Health Services to join our team at Brighter Stronger Foundation LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our behavioral health practice and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support and oversight to our behavioral health services, ensuring efficient and effective internal processes and quality customer service.
- Directly supervise the Program Administrative Team, including planning and monitoring the activities of assigned administrative support personnel.
- Oversight of initiation, coordination, and execution of administrative and other program support to the program manager/team, stakeholders, and staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program operations, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage priorities and workflow, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, insurance, and accountable/managed care concepts, billing operations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, business, or a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in healthcare administration with prior practice management experience in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience including supervision of administrative staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively balance responsibilities across multiple office locations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with internal and external staff, clients, management, stakeholders, vendors, etc.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Proficiency in front desk duties, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification.
- Knowledge of insurance and accountable/managed care concepts, billing operations, and regulatory requirements preferred.
- Significant experience working with computers, Google Suite, HRIS, EMR, Insurance Applications, and/or Learning Management Systems.
- Strong and reliable attendance record.
