This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week across 5 days, including some weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that meets Nisbets' standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Take responsibility for achieving store sales targets and KPIs, including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Quotes, and Average Transaction Value, to enhance store profitability.
  • Contribute to the store's outreach initiatives using your local knowledge, which may involve outbound sales calls, customer visits, and participation in in-store events.
  • Engage in general shop floor responsibilities, including restocking and processing deliveries.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are upheld to foster customer engagement and encourage repeat business.
  • Accurately perform stock auditing tasks as directed by management.
  • Process customer transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Understand and adhere to all retail policies communicated by your supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store to create a welcoming environment for customers and staff.
  • Interact with all store visitors respectfully, using training to handle challenging situations positively.
  • Follow Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
  • Proactively seek clarification on all operational practices and procedures.
