About the Role

Achieving True Self is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing personalized behavior support services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement new skills and strategies.
  • Collect and record data to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Provide a supportive and nurturing environment for clients to learn and grow.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, education, sociology) preferred.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities; experience in a related field (e.g. teaching, counseling, social work) a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
