Role Summary

The Autism Behavior Specialist will take the lead in developing and implementing behavioral strategies for clients with autism or related disorders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating client requirements
  • Creating tailored programs
  • Supervising program execution
  • Training and mentoring team members

It is crucial to adhere to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and the ethical standards set forth by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. This position also provides opportunities for supervision for certification candidates, access to ongoing education, clinical support, and the chance to guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
