- Review regulatory requirements for admissions, observations, and surgical day care visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient registration processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical health insurance knowledge, medical terminology, and revenue cycle experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
