Senior Military Construction Project Leader

Position Overview:
The Senior Military Construction Project Leader will leverage extensive project management expertise in the realm of troop construction to support a high-level operational command. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational support capabilities, facilitating agile deployment for military operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction project management with a focus on military troop requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor engineering needs across various command units and agencies to ensure effective logistics resource allocation.
- Provide direct assistance in the restoration and enhancement of airfield facilities within critical operational zones.
- Contribute to the formulation of Courses of Action, Support Concepts, Action Plans, and comprehensive master schedules.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in military or troop construction planning.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in managing construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability in developing engineering schedules and tracking construction activities.
- Possession of a Secret security clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and teamwork across various departments.
- Familiarity with agile combat operations and the Agile Combat Employment (ACE) initiative.
- Prior experience as a planner or project manager within the INDOPACOM area.
- Strong capability to present information to senior military officials.
- Possession of a TS/SCI security clearance.
- A Master's degree is advantageous.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for classified information access; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
