Role Responsibilities:
  • Delivering assistance via phone and face-to-face interactions to users regarding email systems, directories, standard desktop applications, and various software tools.
  • Acting as the primary contact for diagnosing issues related to network applications, as well as hardware and software challenges involving PCs and printers.
  • Managing user accounts, which includes the creation, deletion, and modification of accounts as necessary.
Qualifications:

Education / Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency with PC operating systems such as DOS and Windows, alongside networking knowledge.

  • Familiarity with the Remedy Ticketing System is essential. Candidates should be capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and written comprehension skills are required.
