The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong player community, collaborating with local partners, and driving marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in Vietnam.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local content creators, influencers, and partners to promote thatgamecompany's products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve results.
  • Support local events and activations to build brand presence and community engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Vietnam community, providing support and feedback to ensure a positive user experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and/or community management, with a focus on Southeast Asia or Vietnam.
  • Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent English language skills (bilingual or multilingual a plus).
  • Proven track record of success in marketing and community building, with a deep understanding of the gaming industry and its trends.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with thatgamecompany's products and services, or a similar gaming company.
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry in Southeast Asia and Vietnam, including market trends and consumer behavior.
