Overview
We are excited to present the opportunity for a Customer Service Operations Leader at Holland Pump Company. We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will take charge of directing and overseeing our customer service department. Your primary focus will be on crafting strategies and plans to guarantee that customer service is executed efficiently and effectively. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering guidance, support, and effective solutions to any challenges they may face.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily functions of the service and repair division
• Ensure that all customer service requests are addressed promptly and professionally
• Formulate and enforce procedures for service operations
• Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions
• Evaluate service personnel performance and implement corrective measures when necessary
• Manage Baseplan (ERP) to ensure data accuracy
• Oversee inventory of parts and materials
• Foster relationships with suppliers
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations
• Train, mentor, and inspire service staff
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics
• Uphold safety protocols at all times
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in a service management capacity (experience in rental preferred)
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and manage various projects simultaneously
• Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial oversight
• Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to motivate and guide team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
