About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Credentialing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Hardenbergh Group. As a key member of our CVO, you will play a crucial role in managing the credentialing process for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of credentialing applications, letters, and rosters to insurance networks
  • Manage data entry and document maintenance for physician/provider information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance network contacts and clients, promoting strong partnerships and driving business growth
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and prospects via telephone, email, and web chat, providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with enrollment teams assigned to specific regions, promoting efficiency and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in provider enrollment/payer credentialing, with a strong understanding of the credentialing and contracting process
  • Proven track record of success in working with payor networks nationwide, including government health programs and commercial insurance networks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work independently, with a self-motivated attitude and attention to detail
  • Proficient in multiple business applications, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Teams, and Vonage softphone

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum
