About the Role

Xylem is seeking a highly skilled Dewatering Filtration Key Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strategic growth, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, oversee execution, analysis, and optimization of account plans, and provide strategic insight to enhance clients' programs.
  • Thrive in a changing environment, adapt to new challenges, and proactively address obstacles and find effective solutions, collaborating with colleagues to drive results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management or related roles, with a strong track record of account management success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Filtration experience, preferably filter presses and high solids removal, with a broad knowledge of the field and demonstrated leadership skills.
