Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and shortlist qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding and training of new employees

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management, senior HR generalist roles, or similar leadership positions

  • Experience in hotel human resources is advantageous
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
