Job Description

The Branch Leader is responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned branch, driving business development, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business objectives and deliver strong team performance.
  2. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and maintain a strong risk management culture.
  4. Manage human capital, including interviewing, selection, hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  5. Partner with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Operations partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  2. Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance.
  3. One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  4. Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, and prioritization skills.
  5. Strong written and verbal skills.
  6. Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
  2. Graduate of Internal Leadership Development Programs.
