About Elite Restoration: With over a decade of experience, Elite Restoration has established itself as a leader in the restoration industry. We focus on the cleanup and recovery of residential and commercial properties affected by fire, smoke, or water damage. Our rapid growth has created exciting opportunities for talented individuals who share our commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate weekly financial reports related to Accounts Receivable for Branch Managers via the Director of Operations.
- Prepare monthly customer account statements or as requested by Branch Managers.
- Process Accounts Receivable transactions, including managing offsets of debits and credits and applying payments to open invoices.
- Support the ITC Department with various tasks, including internal and external audit requests.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer accounts and adhere to company reporting standards.
- Record and verify customer payments and transactions in QuickBooks related to Accounts Receivable.
- Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifying delinquent accounts and providing relevant information to Branch Managers.
- Post daily deposits and manage incoming mail related to billing and invoicing.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to resolve any Accounts Receivable issues.
- Maintain accounting ledgers as necessary.
- Handle special billing situations, including group reservations and conventions.
- Conduct month-end closeout and audit of ledgers to ensure accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Desktop Enterprise, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to operate office equipment, including computers and copiers.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive in anticipating work needs and interacting professionally with Branch Managers and customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
