Position Summary:

In the role of Field Engineer, you will take charge of the planning, design, and oversight of construction initiatives. You will collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and fellow engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project data to deliver essential insights for effective planning.
  • Work alongside project teams to formulate work strategies and achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess progress and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Guide teams in reaching both individual and collective targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
  • Experience in Marine Construction and Bridge Construction is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and database management systems.
