About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Architect to join our team at Arine. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and translating those needs into technical requirements for our Medication Intelligence Platform.

As a Client Solutions Architect, you will serve as the technical relationship owner for our clients, overseeing the technical aspects of the client life cycle from pre-sales through implementation and post-launch. You will lead client discovery discussions, solution design meetings, and workflow mapping sessions with the client's technical and business stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and translate those into technical solutions. You will take ownership of the client narrative, serving as the voice of the client and acting as a liaison between the client and our product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients
  • Understand client business needs and translate those into technical requirements
  • Lead client discovery discussions, solution design meetings, and workflow mapping sessions
  • Take ownership of the client narrative and serve as the voice of the client
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Proven track record of leading complex technical projects and programs
  • Prior background working at a data-centric company; claims and EHR data experience preferred
  • Effective group-facilitation skills and confidence in leading client meetings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments; proficiency in software delivery and workflow management systems
  • Experience working within the healthcare industry, understanding of clinical workflows, and deep knowledge of payer and risk-bearing provider needs
