- Work alongside the Development Operations team to integrate new technologies into existing frameworks.
- Identify and implement strategies that align with organizational priorities and needs.
- Lead a team to ensure software quality meets or exceeds established standards and user expectations.
- Evaluate and refine tools and methodologies to enhance testing and defect identification processes.
- Determine staffing needs to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Establish annual Key Performance Indicators that align with corporate objectives.
- Mentor team members on performance improvement and career development opportunities.
- Manage human resource processes including onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Prepare and oversee departmental budgets, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Sr. Programmer Analyst, Development Lead, or Sr. Software Engineer.
- Proven experience in technology and quality strategy development, focusing on process improvements.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- This position offers flexibility to work remotely or from designated company locations.
