The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP) – Pediatric program and overseeing the implementation of the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Children's Surgery Verification (CSV) Program. This includes collaborating with surgical, peri-operative, inpatient, and administrative leaders to review and improve children's surgical care from admission to discharge.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the NSQIP – Pediatric program to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Oversee the implementation of the ACS CSV Program to improve pediatric surgical care
- Collaborate with leaders to review and improve children's surgical care
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- ADN degree
- 4 years of related experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
This position requires the ability to handle light-weight objects up to 10 lbs, and some standing and/or walking.
