Pediatric Caregiver Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Caregiver to join our team at The Kidz Club PPEC. As a Pediatric Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with medical complexities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct client care and assistance with activities of daily living that promote the child's independence.
  • Encourage engagement in developmentally appropriate activities and collaborate in the planning of a daily schedule.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing staff and program coordinator to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic charting systems.
  • Childcare and/or healthcare experience preferred.
  • A current negative Tuberculosis test (PPD) and current CPR (Basic Life Support) certification are required.
