Job Title: Franchise Payroll Specialist

At Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Franchise Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our warehouse employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and implement payroll programs, including WFM, Red Prairie, Workday, and Workbrain.
  • Track and resolve payroll compliance issues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of weekly warehouse payroll information for transmission to the Corporate Payroll department.
  • Correct errors in employees' pay, including hourly, salary, and incentive pay, following approved procedures.
  • Assess causes of payroll errors and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of standard payroll practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
