Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll information for our warehouse employees.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee data, hours worked, and pay rates.
- Process payroll transactions, including salary, hourly, and incentive pay, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and labor laws.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of payroll practices and procedures, including tax laws and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
