Salary

The salary for this role is up to $19.75 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Supportive Care Partner, you will provide social and recreational support to consumers in their homes, neighborhoods, and communities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and friendship to consumers
  • Assisting in the development and expansion of consumer participation in leisure activities
  • Ensuring consumers' integration into community activities, events, and services
  • Providing protective supervision and advocacy
  • Assisting with daily living skills training and support
  • Providing transportation to consumers as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, plus related experience working with people with disabilities in a rehabilitation environment. A valid California driver's license, clear driving record, and auto insurance are also required.
