Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse Traveler

About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. The nurse will be responsible for providing critical care services to pediatric patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The assignment will take place at a state-of-the-art hospital in Santa Clara, California, where the nurse will have access to cutting-edge technology, collaborative teamwork, and ongoing education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and interventions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Hold a current RN license in the United States
- Have at least one year of experience working in a pediatric intensive care unit
- Be proficient in electronic medical records and other relevant software systems
- Pass a background check and any other required screenings
