Salary and Benefits

As a Physical Therapist with Neogen Care, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to a guaranteed base salary, you will also receive competitive per-visit rates and performance incentives.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our fast-growing team of clinical professionals. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning and administering prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment and training for patients suffering from various injuries, illnesses, and functional disabilities.

  • Testing and screening patients' physical strengths to assist physicians in evaluating their level of function and recording findings to develop or pursue treatment programs and establish measurable training objectives.
  • Developing and implementing a conditioning/rehabilitation program consistent with physicians' plans of treatment and the overall goals of the patient/rehab team.
  • Conferring with physicians and clinical team members to obtain additional patient information and assist in developing, implementing, and revising the therapy treatment program and plan of treatment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • An advanced degree in Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an institution accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • A current and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of California.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs.
  • Ability to care for patients with different personalities.
  • Ability to assess patient condition and work with treatment plans.
Location and Work Environment

This position is based in Santa Clara, CA, and surrounding areas. You will work in a home health setting, providing care to patients in their own homes.
