Job Summary

Rivier University is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and professional support to students, families, and staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Account Management: Manage student account information, process payments, and post transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Ability to manage high call volume, adapt to change, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
