Customer Service Representative

About The Role
Our client is in search of friendly and approachable individuals to deliver outstanding customer support. Successful candidates will contribute to an exceptional customer experience by managing a high volume of incoming calls. Ideal applicants should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer incoming customer calls and direct them to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Utilize strong customer service skills and phone etiquette to meet and exceed expectations.
- Provide accurate updates to clients and act as a liaison between field staff and customers.
- Employ effective communication and conflict resolution techniques to address and resolve various customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns via chat, phone, and email.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner and conduct further research as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information diligently.
- Assist with dispatching when required and maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and promotions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:
