About The Role

Our client is in search of friendly and approachable individuals to deliver outstanding customer support. Successful candidates will contribute to an exceptional customer experience by managing a high volume of incoming calls. Ideal applicants should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly answer incoming customer calls and direct them to the appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Utilize strong customer service skills and phone etiquette to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Provide accurate updates to clients and act as a liaison between field staff and customers.
  • Employ effective communication and conflict resolution techniques to address and resolve various customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns via chat, phone, and email.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner and conduct further research as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information diligently.
  • Assist with dispatching when required and maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
