We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Willow Bridge Property Company. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of our properties, supervising resident retention and leasing programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the financial performance of the property, including rent, occupancy, and expenditures.
- Supervise resident relations, including responding to resident requests and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal and local regulations.
- Manage and train onsite staff effectively.
- Analyze monthly performance and budget projections, and discuss strategies with the Regional Property Manager.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in onsite property management, including leasing and bookkeeping knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience with property management software and accounting software, Yardi a plus.
