Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 12:00 am - 9:00 am. As a 3PL provider, we rely on your leadership skills to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
• Drive a culture of inclusivity and respect in a diverse workforce
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency, and meet or exceed KPIs
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

Your Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• 2 or more years in a supervisory role
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
